About Renting In an effort to better serve you, we have put together some guidelines that will help define our operations to you.
Payment All major credit cards are accepted. A deposit is required on all rentals and reservations. Payment is due when rental is received. All charges are for time out, whether used or not. Please make your selections carefully and remember to plan ahead to ensure product availability.
Delivery and Pickup This service is available on all rentals. Standard Rates are based on Zip Codes and deliveries made to the door at ground level or to easy accessible areas. For all other deliveries, rates will vary depending on the labor, time and distance involved. All orders will be loaded the afternoon prior to delivery. Changes made after loading are subject to a service charge.
Loss or Damage We do offer a Damage Wavier on all rentals. Customers are responsible for equipment once it has been received. We do charge for missing or damaged items. Please be sure to call us immediately if there is a problem with any part of your order.
