We are permitted under law to disclose nonpublic personal information about our customers to third parties to assist us in marketing our own financial products or services, to market financial products or services offered by us and another financial institution, to process and service transactions the customer requests or authorizes, to protect against potential fraud or unauthorized transactions, to respond to judicial process, and to comply with federal, state, or local legal requirements.
